I’m independent, and just bought my first house, I’d like to eventually be married again, but we need to be friends first. I’m old-school in a lot of ways. I won’t pursue a man and I won’t call you unless we’re in an exclusive relationship. I don’t like texting. I much prefer to talk on the phone.
