A great ride through the country, meeting new people, and having a good laugh can be a good ice breaker, but for an actual date ... that primarily depends on chemistry ... a nice country ride, with a couple of stops for a cup of coffee, a bite to eat, a comfortable conversation, unless there's some sizzle ... then ... hmmmm.

Skydiving, living on a deserted island for a couple of weeks with just the right "one", or traveling to all the continental states plus Canada (obviously) in one, or more, leisurely trips on our bikes.
