| Ik beschrijf mezelf als: | I travel the World as a scientist and explorer working from pole to pole on all 7 continents and in about 100 different countries. I have three bikes at this time, R1200C, GS1200ADV, and a VF750F. My hobbies include photography, music, art, culture, languages, and of course long distance motorcycling. I've worked on the Nat. Geo. Explorer in Antarctica, and the Arctic. In science, I've published over 100 articles in peer-reviewed journals, and published a number of science articles for the popular press and appeared in a number of documentary series. My next big cross country bike trip will run from Saskatchewan to New York and then Route 66 from Chicago to LA and twist through the Rockies. |
