I am a very good person with a good heart. I have been single for the past 10 years with some occasional dating. I have a 16 yr old son who lives with me most of the time and I have been concentrating on raising him. Now I think its time for me to find companionship for myself. I retired from the police department after 25 yrs. , now I work part time as a social service investigator and run my own retail confection business. I love to dance, listen to music, socialize with friends, sit around the fire pit with a glass of wine or a beer or maybe a friendly card game. I love dinners out or cuddling up on the couch for a movie. I also love riding my Harley and sharing the experience with someone.
I am so sick of the head games people play in relationships. I would like to find a woman who has her head screwed on correctly, has a job, intelligence and above all, doesn't "need" a man to support her financially. And in return, you will get a man who you can trust and be worthy of you. I am not afraid of commitment if that is what you are looking for. I have a HUGE heart and am very generous to someone I care about.

I am a family oriented man who is not afraid to have a relationship with a woman with children. A lot of single parents get turned away because of the kids but I'm not one of them.

I do not do drugs; I am an occasional drinker but never to excess; I do not abuse women or anyone else; I don't gamble my hard earned money away; I don't have ex's harassing me or ex girl friends chasing me. I am pretty much drama free and would love to keep it that way. For you ladies looking for a gentleman, I could be your man.

Not a die hard sports fan. Rather stroll through a flea market or yard sale on a weekend or take a ride in the Country.

My profile says " A few extra pounds". I have been on track for losing some of the excess I carry around but I am not a fat slob by any stretch of the imagination.

I have a great sense of humor and can make anyone laugh. Sometimes it can be a little rough but never distasteful. 25 Years as a cop will do that to you I guess.
