SO IF YOU DON'T ICE FISH OR SNOWMOBILE IT'S AN INSIDE WORLD FROM NOVEMBER TO MARCH. GUESS THAT'S WHY THE SCANDINAVIANS SETTLED HERE. THEY WEREN'T TOLD ABOUT TEXAS, FLORIDA, ARIZONA OR CALIFORNIA.
