| Ik beschrijf mezelf als: | Listening to the rain from the warm and dry, hugging and thinking how good life is, stumbling across just the thing I have been looking for, hearing nothing but the birds and the wind, driving with the top down and looking up at the stars. Me, shy at first, then straightforward, dependable, considerate and honest. I have a positive outlook on life and sometimes I'm a bit of a kid. I am a (civilised) petrol head, but conversely, I love the serenity of living in the country. Although living where I do sometimes seems like a permanent holiday, I love a change of scenery, to have days or weekends away, maybe abroad, to the coast or somewhere more lively - the destination comes second to the company. I am pretty useful around the house, (no, I'm rubbish at ironing. How can women iron a shirt in 2 minutes and it takes me 10?) as I've extended my house myself. The only thing I need to make my life complete is also the most important one, a special person. I am strictly a one-woman man and what I would like is to form a relationship based on mutual trust, integrity and respect. I take pleasure from being relied upon and want to be there for someone as much as they are for me.
