I live with my daughter (19) and a small dog (Daisy). I'm Texas born, my mother was an English war-bride and I was an Air Force rugrat until I was 18 (California, France and England). Came home to Texas in the mid-sixties and have been here ever since apart from the three years, eleven months and twenty seven days I spent in the Navy (Seattle, Spain and bonnie Scotland). I like all kinds of music even some of the stuff my daughter makes me listen to, can't take the Screamo and Rap, although I don't mind Eminem. I can even boot-scoot and cut a rug, too. I've had two careers, Graphic Artist (23yrs) and IT Manager (9yrs) and two wives, 8yrs and 24 yrs, five yrs apart (that's the last you'll here of them). I'm not a Winter guy, just ride it out and hibernate, just wait til the heat comes back and ready to go (ain't Texas great?). I have a baby Harley, Sportster, I just love the wind in my face, be it motorcycle, boat or even my bicycle (I can still peddle around Whiterock in about 40 min.). I may be getting up there in age and little rough around the edges, but I've been told I clean up real good. So, I know one of you ladies out there could polish me up as good as new. |
