I am pretty easy-going, and ensure that I make time for the important things in life like family, close friends but finding the balance is key.
My family are all very far away, so I try to stay close by calling each week.
I am spiritual so faith is very important to me

Whilst I enjoy the company of friends, the most important person has to be my partner.

A healthy body equates to a health mind so I try to keep fit - gym, walking, hiking, tennis, swimming..
