I am a cross between a city and country guy. I have multiple degrees from universities and a varied education. I like classical music and country western. I believe that if you want to do something, just do it. You don't always have to take a class course somewhere to learn things. Just get out there and try. You make mistakes, sure, but so what?

I built my house here in SE ID nearly 90% myself. It is an unusual place, near a lava ravine and all sorts of critters here. The critter have free zone here, but are fair game anywhere else in the mountains.

I have caught more cutthroat trout than ever in ID, but hardly ever catch the ones that you can keep and eat. I fish for "catch and eat", and do not look kindly at the "fly fishing snobs". I also like hunting, camping, cowboy stuff, and seeing new places.

I learned to ride with the Motorcycle Saftey Course and always wear protective gear - including ALWAYS a helmet. I may get hot but I know my head would loose in a crash with something like the ground or a car. Better safe than sorry.

A day out in the open air, fishing, camping, hunting, or something. I usually walk away from the computer and electronics. Something real is more enjoyable than virtual junk. I like cooking, BBQing, and doing things with someone special.
