Thanks for stopping by, so I’m not very big on talking about myself and certainly didn't intend on writing this lengthy of an intro but I wanted to be upfront with what I’m doing here and what I am hoping to find.

Starting with the basics, I’m a single father of a lovely smart and independent 4-year old daughter. I’m also a straight forward and practical guy - a nerd by trade so I do work a lot - but I’m always game for an adventure. I have an eclectic taste in music and like to think of myself as an intelligent, open minded individual with a sense of humor, who is creative and fun.

I have a wide range of interests: I am very much into motorcycles (sport bikes); archery; camping; gardening; hiking; biking; or watching a documentary and learning something new.

Other personal interests include experimenting with old-world ideas, politics, history, designing & inventing things, self-sufficiency, investing and the environment. Basically I'm ambitious, sarcastic, open-minded and I get along with everybody. I'm the type of person who loves trying new things. And I'd like to be with someone who enjoys the simple things in life and has a big heart.

Being somewhat of an introvert (INTP-T), I’m pretty relaxed and easy going and not out to impress anyone, nor am I the type that needs to be entertained - what you see is what you get. I am not much of a party person, but I can be pretty entertaining, and am rarely bored - I'm really driven and can always find something fun to do. Lets see… I’m very affectionate and like to cuddle (Love Language : Physical Touch, Quality Time, Acts of Service), I also suck at taking pictures of myself but enjoy taking pictures of things I find interesting, but am not into the whole social media thing. I've also never had much interest in organized sports either – as I’d rather be out actively doing something, or involved in the various shared interests of my partner. If given the choice I’d much rather prefer a quiet night out on the town with a special someone (or even at home, or out in the countryside for that matter) rather than participating in large social gatherings (bars, clubs, amusement parks, etc...).

I’m an avid learner looking for an active, mature, driven, smart woman to mentally and intellectually challenge me. Someone confident, adventurous, feminine who cares about health and fitness is a must.

Moreover, it would be really great to meet someone that's into (or at least open to) similar hobbies(interests) - especially if you have ever had an interest in archery, target-shooting, have a motorcycle, or have a technical background. =) Ok... I so know that that might seem like too much to ask for, but I'm just really looking for a nice passionate woman who enjoys the outdoors and is intelligent, open-minded, and independent. You know... a affectionate woman who has a positive outlook on life and a sense of adventure; who is patient, not too liberal or conservative, who values reason over emotion, affectionate, and is not overly religious.

Attraction is important but don’t need a supermodel, just a woman with some substance and who knows how to have fun.

Turn Offs: Profiles with only pictures (yes I do read them), Smoking & 420, Social Media obsessive, Sports fanatics, Religious fanatics, Beautification camera filters, selfish-needy-clingy people, and Disneyland ( I just don’t get the hype, it’s over priced and way too many people)

Lastly, despite liking veggies I definitely require meat in my diet, however I'm not a fan of seafood and I don't eat pork. I don't mind however if others indulge in seafood or pork, or only eat veggies though.
