I've never been married. I have 2 boys ages 17 & 20 (same Dad). The youngest lives with me & the oldest lives near Chicago. I rarely drink unless I go out or to a party (which isn't often). I love classic cars & love to work on them, motorcycles, trains, 4x4's & dragons. I prefer hard rock, ie- Korn, Disturbed, etc. Just like everyone else I have bad habits too. Among them... smoking, a little OC behavior, bad language and some selfishness.
I am a very independent person. I am philosophically minded but not very outspoken about my convictions & beliefs. If I tell you I'm gonna do something then I'll do my damnedest to get it done. I'm outgoing with a great sense of fun & playfulness. I'm a good sport and if I really like you, I'll be the best friend you've ever had. I do not like to get bogged down with pettiness and trivialities. I love to discover new things and tend to go at them with a little too much enthusiasm at times.
My emotional instincts, feelings and intuition play a big part in the decisions I make & how I interact with the world. I like to keep my emotions in check though. I hate to lose control and I absolutely HATE DRAMA!
I am responsible, conscientious and solid. I'm very serious about my work & commitments. I have a thoughtful, quiet & self-contained disposition and don't readily show my inner feelings and needs.
I abhor jealousy and possessiveness and feel that no person truly "belongs" to another. The role of "wife" in the traditional sense doesn't appeal to me. I would appreciate a lover who would allow me plenty of freedom and isn't very emotionally demanding.
I am a firm believer in trust and find it very hard to trust people in general. Therefore, if I can't trust you, you are not my friend. Altough it takes me a while to build that trust, once it's there, you are a friend for life. If you break that trust there are no reprieves, no second chances and then you are just an aquaintance, not what I consider a true friend.
I am a very good listener and if you ask me to keep a secret consider my lips sealed, no one will ever hear it from me.
Is that enough? Y'all will know me better than my own Mom!
Oh, and I hate to cook, I can, I do & I will... but I still hate it! I want someone to cook for me!
