I’m John, 5’11” in height and no idea what I weigh around say 12/13 stone but I’m not fat! I am told that I am wearing well for my age but you can be the judge of that if we meet. I suppose we all like to believe that we don’t look our age. .I am a hard worker have my own company here in Bath. Am honest/loyal and very affectionate. I do not have a temper at all. Don't like football and would prefer to spend time with my partner and have fun then go to the pub and just drink.There is a lot more to life. I do like to have my own space from time to time but then don't we all.
I live in Bath now, and work from home as I have a large garden centre. Most of my time is filled with business but I would like to expand my free time so I’ve decided to make positive moves to meet new people, make new friends and hopefully meet that special person but that seems very hard to do. I currently spend some time at weekends at Poole where, I love to sail and would enjoy taking someone with me.
I am seeking a lady that would like to be friends at first and take time to get to know me as much as I would her. keeps herself in good shape. (This seems a bit of a problem with a lot of ladies and also applies to men) A lady that knows what she would like in life. Not that concerned about age but must have the looks and dress sense I am not one for flat brogue shoes! Do not wish to offend anybody but I know what I am seeking in my life. I have a lot to give to the right lady
I also like to travel and spend a lot of weekends when not at my boat in Cornwall around Looe. Better still i have two motor bikes that I ride (One at a time) and if you like bikes then that's good as travelling around Europe can be fun as well. Am plaining a trip in June/July and would be good to have a rider to come with me.


I would like to mention that I am dyslexic, so find it particularly difficult and very time consuming to write letters. If you know a little about dyslexia you will understand that it is literally word blindness. I don’t see words as most people do and spelling is hard and at times impossible. I trust that this will not ‘put you off’ getting to know me. I can assure you that I have all my marbles! Dyslexia is very common it’s just that most people will not be open about it.
