I don't want to be someone's life...but rather, an enhancement to an existing basically happy life. I'm looking for someone who can enhance my life as well. I need honesty and integrity...someone with strong character and values that I can respect...ultimately, someone who would value and protect my best interests as they would their own. I need someone who is mature enough to realize that trust is earned, and that takes time. Yes, I've been burned...and while I'm not out to punish anyone for others' past mistakes with me, neither am I willing to put my heart on a silver platter before I am ready.
