The simple things in life make me happy. There is a little garden in my back yard that is full of flowers that I can pick for a colorful bouquet.

Cooking for one can be madding as I prefer to cook for two or three or twelve. I can cook a mean pan of brownies right from the box mix. yum.

Everytime I burn something, I just call it Cajun!
